Promissory Note

On demand after date, for value received, I/we promise to pay to the order of Jam Bonding Co., Inc., at 8896 Tara Blvd, Jonesboro, GA 30236, with interest thereon at the rate of twelve per cent per annum from Call Date until fully paid. Interest payable semi-annually. In case suit shall be brought for the collection hereof, I/we agree to pay reasonable attorney's fees. It is further agreed and specifically understood that this note shall become Null and Void in the event the Defendant appears in the proper court at all times as directed and the surety is discharged of all liability.
